Floral Play with Compass Floral

Getting to play with Taya for Compass Floral on fun shoots like these are what gets me so excited and inspired. This shoot featured my beautiful friend Shelley, in her ridiculous Katie May gown from her spring wedding. It was so much fun to photograph Shelley with such a different look than her wedding day look. This bouquet was so fun and colorful with the distressed ribbons, Compass Floral kills it every time!

Renee + Adam

I have know Renee for a few years now. She is an amazing hair stylist who I have had the pleasure of working with on many exciting shoots. After getting engaged this spring they decided to tie the knot on their 5 year anniversary. Though their anniversary date was on a Monday they stuck to their guns and decided to do it anyway. Their intimate ceremony took place at Alta Vista Botanical Gardens in Vista with a reception following at the Privateer in Oceanside. The spark between these two is undeniable and I had such a pleasure capturing their love. Everything from their first look to their vows were full of romance. It was a perfect reminder of why I do what I do. I love love and couples like these make my job so easy.

Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Turner!!!!!!

Savannah + Nick

Savannah and Nick are true high school sweethearts. After meeting in high school, they began dating at the age of 16 so their family and friends couldn't be more excited to celebrate the two of them finally tying the knot! It was a stunning day and Savannah was a beautiful bride in the garden setting. I had so much fun shooting their day and was so grateful to have been apart of their celebration!

Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Burke!!!!

Salton Sea

Ventured to the Salton Sea in the middle of July with a good friend of mine Caela. We were spending the weekend in Palm Desert and were seeking a little adventure. It was hotter than hell but the sunset was well worth it!
